Kelly, I'm so happy you've started a new blog.
Hi Kelly! Our book club, Triumphant Readers, in Austin Texas is reading Sarah's Garden this month. We received copies of your book from Book Movement. I am the discussion leader. Since we have several writers in our group, I am curious about how you went about writing this book, your writing discipline and how you settled on the Amish genre. I am also wondering how you fit in writing while raising children!I see that you are from the Lock Haven area. I am originally from Johnstown PA and went to IUP. I didn't realize there are Amish communities in that area. There are many Mennonites in the Johnstown area but most of the Amish communities that I'm aware of are outside of Indiana PA. I liked your book and your story. I think you represented the Amish gently and respectfully in this novel! Please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd prefer not to answer on this blog. Thanks,Janis
